That drawing 🤣😆😆. Love this. Not a panacea (and can be misused) - O&KRs are supremely important here. We share the outcomes and reap rewards in a highly visible way. I have a KR and another product team has a KR and we roll up to an objective they lets us unify our efforts. Of course absent Strategy and business context, that would fall apart. Thanks, Ibrahim!
