First q that comes to mind: do you see these sitting above OKRs or used interchangeably? Do you use OKRs at Amplitude (or any other system) where you’d have to fit BHAGs into an existing flow?
BHAGs and OKRs are complementary - the point of OKRs is to allow an org to work cross-functionally and hierarchically around the same shortlist of goals - BHAGs are a way to ensure that the goals are ambitious enough in terms of impact / timing
